BUILD YOUR OWN DTF GANG SHEET

Upload your PNGs, arrange them however you want, and we'll print them on a single sheet — no minimum order, no weeding, no two-week waits. The builder does the math; you just drop files in. Resellers pricing it by the inch and crafters running one sheet for a girls' weekend both end up on this page. Both are right.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Full-color CMYK at 300 DPI. Soft-touch finish. Vibrant on dark fabric, sharp on light.
  • No minimum order. Order what you actually need, starting at half a meter. We're not making you buy a 10-foot roll for one tee.
  • Up to 13 inches wide (33 cm). Fits standard heat presses without cropping or fighting the platen.
  • No weeding. Print, peel, press. Nothing to cut around with an exacto knife at midnight.
  • 1–3 business days standard. Express print and priority shipping if you needed it yesterday.
  • Optional layout proofing. Catch the typo before it hits 200 shirts. Worth the few extra bucks.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Upload your PNG artwork. Transparent backgrounds work best — anything else and we'll print the background too.
  2. Open the Gang Sheet Builder and drag your designs onto the sheet. Resize, rotate, duplicate — fit as many as you can.
  3. Pick your length. Anywhere from 0.5m up to 10m, depending on how much you're trying to fit.
  4. Add proofing or express printing if it matters.
  5. Place the order. We print and ship in 1–3 business days.

WHAT PEOPLE USE THESE FOR

  • Custom tees and hoodies for events, fundraisers, teams, businesses
  • Brand merch when you're past the "ordering 12 shirts at a time" stage
  • Bulk transfers for resellers running a print-on-demand or local shop
  • One-off projects when you want to test a design before committing to a whole run

FIRST TIME? START HERE.

DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. Your art prints onto a special film that gets pressed onto fabric — no weeding, no cracking after a wash, works on cotton, poly, blends, dark fabrics, light fabrics, basically everything. If you've used screen prints or HTV before, this is the easier version of both.
